It is also the only place we build. Jon Bell and Joseph Knupp have spent nearly fifteen years on real estate, renovation, and construction around the lake, and our studio is at 2 Vacation Way in McHenry. Building here comes with specific site, weather, access, utility, and permitting considerations, and we keep those connected to the design from the first site visit.
Cabine has completed 36 homes at the lake, 20 of them with an indoor pool. Homes start at a typical investment of $725,000, whether you begin with a Cabine design, a Lindal home, or a fully custom plan.
Clients typically live in Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., Pittsburgh, and Baltimore. We meet on the lot or start remotely so the conversation can begin before you drive west.
