You do not need a full set of drawings to begin. The property address or listing, the model or style you are considering, a sense of budget (homes start at a typical investment of $725,000), and whether the home will also rent are enough.
Meetings are by appointment. Book a time or send the form whenever it suits you. Financing coordination is available for custom builds. After the estimate you will have a clear picture of scope. We do not rush a signature on a house at this level.
