Process

A clear path from property to completion.

Every project begins with the land. From there, we organize the decisions, specialists, approvals, and construction around one practical plan.

  1. 01

    Land and site

Every project begins with the land. We review the lot, access, slope, utilities, septic and well considerations, views, and local requirements before committing to a home design.

  2. 02

    Design and budget

Start with a Cabine design, explore the Lindal collection, or develop a fully custom plan. Then we shape the features, including an indoor pool, and a preliminary budget around your site.

    Knupp FLW — design rendering
  3. 03

    Financing and preconstruction

We coordinate what your construction lender and project team need while plans, engineering, selections, permits, and the construction scope are completed.

    Massaro — design rendering
  4. 04

    Construction

Cabine manages the work from site preparation through the final walkthrough, with a dedicated point of contact and regular updates throughout the build.

Move in or prepare to rent

We help organize the final details for personal use or short-term rental readiness, then stay available for warranty follow-up after completion.

On-site or remote

If you are coming from D.C., Northern Virginia, Pittsburgh, or Baltimore, a remote estimate can start the conversation before you drive west. If you already have a lot, we will walk it.

What to bring

The property address or listing, the model or style you are considering, and how you plan to use the home. Homes start at a typical investment of $725,000.

After the estimate

You will have a clear picture of scope and next steps. We do not rush a signature. A home at this level should be decided with a full view of the work.
